Tim has tried over 120 jury trials in approximately 32 states since 1982. Those cases have involved nursing homes, complex products, medical negligence, premises liability, construction issues and accidents, and employment matters. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and obtained monetary judgements on behalf of both.
